Return & Refund Policy – JARMY
Overview
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Any item damaged due to misuse
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us first:

Do not send your item back without prior approval.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item:
- We will notify you by email
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or card provider

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Important (Morocco – Cash on Delivery)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer or another agreed method
- Customers must provide correct payment details
